These terms govern your use of snoopspecial.com (the "site"), operated by Mezzoly, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What the site is

snoopspecial is an editorial music curation site: handpicked playlists, artist write-ups, and setlists. The site links to and embeds content hosted elsewhere (YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp, Instagram, and others). We are not the source of that content and have no control over it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, infringing, or harmful. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that affects availability, or use automated systems to extract content beyond what a reasonable human reader would. Reasonable use of our public RSS feed and sitemaps is fine.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, design, and curation choices on this site are owned by Mezzoly, LLC and may not be copied or republished without permission, except for short quotations with attribution and a link back. Track titles, artist names, album artwork, and embedded media remain the property of their respective owners; we use them under fair use or via the terms of the embedding services.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email hi@snoopspecial.com with the URL, a description of the work, and proof of ownership. We respond to legitimate DMCA notices.

Affiliate links and sponsorships

Some links on the site (notably to Amazon, Bandcamp, and Reverb) are affiliate links: if you buy something through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are labeled "Sponsored". Editorial decisions remain ours and are never for sale.

Advertising

The site shows ads from Google AdSense. We do not control which ads appear and do not endorse advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for what data is collected when ads are shown.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content here is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mezzoly, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
