Bermuda-raised reggae-dancehall vocalist Colin Patrick Harper. 'Come Around' (2007) was a modern-roots hit that hasn't aged a day, and 'Blind to You' kept him on Caribbean and college radio. He runs Harper Digital and the Cali Roots Records imprint — quietly one of the most respected modern-roots reggae operators on either side of the equator. The voice is one of the cleaner non-Jamaican dancehall instruments of his decade.
